In 2003 Morteza Farzaneh founded Golden Homes Inc. setting the goals of maintaining the highest level of integrity, fairness and service to valued customers. "I strive to guarantee complete customer satisfaction on every home my company builds, be it a custom or speck home. It has been my goal to set myself apart from other custom builders. To achieve this, I focus on providing professional quality finishes and craftsmanship for every home. Golden Homes, Inc. is dedicated to excellence and treats each home built as if it were my own. Golden Homes Inc. uses national brand name building material in the construction of your home and incorporates a variety of quality exterior materials, large porches, 2 and 3 car garages, high ceilings to provide an open feeling, crown moldings, ceramic tile, corian or granite counter tops, large energy efficient windows to maximize natural light, nice utility rooms, covered patios, and many other extras to give a real feel of home from the very beginning. It is my belief that customer service starts on the drawing board. I take time to listen to clients’ desires, dreams, and needs. I strive to find ways to incorporate these into plans and specifications that make their desires a reality!
